Mode Salon is a boutique hair salon located in the Aliante and Centennial Hills area of Northwest Las Vegas. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Mode Salon, we value the time of our stylists and our guests. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, the following policy applies:

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-call/no-show appointments, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Pre-Payment Requirement

After two (2) late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) or two (2) no-call/no-show appointments, clients will be required to pre-pay 100% of the service total in order to book future appointments.

• Pre-paid appointments that are missed or canceled without proper notice, no refund, to pay for stylist time that was booked.
